The conference made a comprehensive summary of the work of each department of the company in the first half of the year, and at the same time planned and deployed the work priorities and completion indicators of each department in the second half of the year, which pointed out the direction and laid the foundation for the company's further development.

At the conference, in line with the principle of seeking truth from facts, the company's general manager, marketing director, engineering technology director, and EMC technical director respectively took the stage to speak. They mainly started from the problems raised by customers and the shortcomings shown by everyone in their work. The work has been summarized and reviewed, and the performance goals and work development in the second half of the year have also been clearly decomposed and planned.

At the meeting, several directors analyzed and summarized the work and achievements of each department. While affirming the efforts of each employee, they also pointed out the shortcomings that everyone still needs to make up for and strengthen. These problems that arise have proposed effective solutions and implementation plans. The last few directors put forward the work plan and development vision for the second half of 2022, and encouraged everyone to work together in the next six months to overcome difficulties and successfully complete the various indicators and tasks set by the company.
