——Authorization: to authorize the production and import of chemical substances with certain hazardous characteristics and which have attracted high attention, including CMR (carcinogenic, mutagenic and biotoxic substances), PBT (persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic chemicals), vPvB (highly persistent, highly bioaccumulative chemicals), etc;

——Restriction: If it is believed that the manufacturing, placing on the market, or application of a substance or its configuration or product cannot fully control the risks to human health and the environment, its production or import within the EU will be restricted!
