1. Application form (two copies);

2. Power of attorney (two copies);

3. The customer's business license (Business license);

4. The customer’s ISO certificate or company profile and company capability description;

5. Product circuit diagrams, manuals, block diagrams, and related test reports (such as FCC ID);

6. Antenna Peak Gain and Antenna pattern;

7. Test direction (Test direction);

8. The company's business license (the annual inspection cannot expire);

9. Three color photos of EUT (must include each interface and each side);

10. Frequency channel comparison table (only provided if there are many working channels, such as DSSS or FHSS working mode products).

Server SRRC certification process

1. The applicant logs on to the Model Approval Acceptance Network to submit material applications

2. The ZRLK testing agency conducts a preliminary review of the application materials

3. A notice of acceptance will be issued after the formal review is passed

4. Entrust a testing agency to test the samples

5. After the test report is qualified, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology shall approve and issue the certificate after the application materials and technical results.
